SOFTWARE SUBMISSION POLICY

Products submitted to PeachSeed must be appropriate for general audiences.   Any submission that we deem inappropriate will be removed without explanation.   Only the software author, or an authorized representative of the author (or company) that has created the software to be submitted may make submissions.

PeachSeed will NEVER display a link to your e-mail address, nor will we make your e-mail address available to any third parties.  We do not like SPAM any more than you do, and we will protect your privacy to the best of our ability. PeachSeed may occasionally send you an e-mail notification about your application's listing or about policy changes or promotional offers.

PeachSeed WILL display hyper-links to your company's home page, your application's home page, the URL of your screenshot, and your application's primary download URL.  If your PAD file specifies an icon graphic and your icon graphic is less than 4096 bytes, we will attempt to display it from our server; otherwise, we will link to your server for the display of your icon graphic.

PeachSeed will display several other informational items found in your PAD file, as outlined below under PAD REQUIREMENTS.

By submitting your PAD file(s) here, YOU AGREE to release, indemnify, and hold PeachSeed, it's parent company (RJ Software), it's contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, administrators, heirs, and assigns, harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses (including legal fees) in any matter whatsoever related to the listing of your software at our site.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (USA) and shall inure to the benefit of PeachSeed, RJ Software, and any successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Cobb County, Georgia. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

PAD REQUIREMENTS

For software submissions, PeachSeed requires a PAD file conforming to PAD version 1.1 or later.
